Tim Borchert
Vice PresidentTim Borchert is a Vice President of Alpha Group Solutions and is responsible for evaluating competitive landscapes, opportunities for expansion, client development, partner relationship management, and conducting market assessments. Over the past 20 years with Mr. Borchert has worked with multiple commercial health delivery organizations, accountable care organizations, and insurance companies, in addition to working in several federal health agencies to include the Veteran Affairs (VHA, VBA), Military Health System (MHS), and Indian Health Service (IHS), providing expertise in economic analysis and forecasting, health care resource planning, budget formulation, business process and performance improvements, revenue cycle management, and population and beneficiary forecasting and analysis as it relates to revenue generation.
Mr. Borchert is also the President & CEO of Federal Advisory Partners (F|A|P), a management consulting firm serving the Veterans Health Administration, Defense Health Agency, and other government agencies. Before co-founding F|A|P, Mr. Borchert served as a Deputy Director with Altarum Institute from 2007-2017. Prior to joining Altarum, he was the Managing Director of his own health care consulting firm that provided advisory services to optimize business performance within a multitude of health delivery organizations. His speaking engagements include regional and national health care finance conferences. He has been published in several health-related journals and currently serves as an editorial board member for Health Care Billing & Collections: Forms, Checklists & Guidelines, published by Wolters Kluwer.
